sorry for the duel threads, but wanted to address my outdoor friends as well as my indoor friends. my neighbor decided to rebuild a new fence and when he took some boards out he got a good view as to what was growing with my tomatoes. he called the police and they found what was in my basement after they found my outdoor. I am fucked, god I hope that I get my kids back. good luck to all, learn the difference between gut feelings and paranoia, and you can never be to safe. Just a though, maybe RUI can create some kind of fund to help with legal fees for people who get busted. and anyone who is interested in helping me...................(sigh).............please contact me. good luck all and smoke a bunch for me everyday because it will be a ling time b4 I can smoke again.

your neighbor shoulda atleast talked to you about it, he just saw pot plants and thought bad and called the cops. pussy shit, the only way to get into any trouble is if you call the cops. seriously your neighbors a fucker and deserves to be fucked in the ass. Man that Sucks If i t was me i would put some plants in his yard an call the cops on him.Throw some bagseeds over into his yard.He is not even worth the good stuff.He probably already has a little garden over there already and wants to get rid of his competition. well with a good lawyer, I believe that I might be able to get the indoor thrown out. get a like 5 years probation and possibly get my kids back in 6 months. I will be able to visit em next week. I have will put on gasoline drawers and jump through hoops on fire to get my kids back. fuck I will let em cut my balls off with a rusty lid to a can of food a million times over to get em back. I have already started with a court compliance program (like probation b4 you get sentanced) which I was told will show the courts that I am able to be on probation when I get sentanced. monday I am going to enroll in a drug treatment program, even tho I do not agree with it. basically I am trying to prove that I am taking all steps needed and some b4 I am told that I have to. I want the courts to see that I am rehabilatatable and there is no need for prison and I can still support my boys. this is my first charge like this other then a couple pot tickets from when I was a kid that were espounged. wish me luck, pray for me if you can talk to god and send possitive energy my way.

Sorry to here this. It sucks when any of us gets caught. I have been tempted to go outside before but I am always too paranoid and figure I have more control indoors on my security. The fact is, you never know what someone else will do when they have something on you. Again, sorry. I was pinched in UT for a bunch of different things. My first advice based on my experience in the past with law enforcement is to get a layer. Next.. while I was doing my stint. I would have some of my more unpleasant friends take care of the neighbor in such a way that he would never be able to say shit to anyone ever again.. but thats just me.

i would beat my neighbors ass without question.
and some advice. do not tell the police anything. they cant help you and will use everything you say to hurt you. tell them to go fuck themselves
answer every question with " ask my lawyer" until you sound like a broken record.
and be sure to contact one ... a lawyer that is.. asap

and if you are feeling really vindictive. sneak over in the dead of night and plant some in their yard and have a buddy turn em in. even if they get off the hook they still gonna need a lawyer and a night in jail.

dont know where u live but if in the usa (or how much u were growing,) but go to court and request rehab, maybe get a outpatient program, most copmpanys now have substance abuse services through medical insurance, and they bcannot fire you for using the service.
