i had a bit of trouble with my seedsman widows when i was using the same method last year though it was when i put them in coco they were dying off but before that it worked every time with bagseeds. I just throw seeds in rockwool now which i've been told is the worst but i've had good germ rates so different strokes i guess lol also in my younger days i remember just putting them in the dirt and never had an issue
