Pollinated. Not only did I collect some with a test tube and paintbrush, I found a leaf that was covered in fallen pollen and rubbed it all over the topmost branches. Recall that I am running these two together specifically to breed them. I’m going to leave the OTH male go longer and release more pollen, just until I can confirm the pollen took. Wish me luck, guys.

Probably to 15-16 weeks. The Oldtimer’s Haze can go 16-24 weeks, but the Malawi cross is about 15 weeks.

While collecting pollen with a test tube, I’ve come to the conclusion that there’s no way in hell that entire plant didn’t get pollinated. Sadly, as much as I would love to see him finish out, I probably have a lot of pollen in my closet as it is.

The cap is off and I have rice in there. The pollen came out of the flower. Once it dries a bit, I will rid the flower parts and close and freeze.

The pollen most definitely took. I should have 3/5 of a plant full of seeds at harvest. That’s ok, though; that was the plan all along.
