I was hoping it wasn't you who got busted....!Now can us medical consume in a car? Cause I’m constantly vapping while the wife drives....
That’s what I thought but we poor quebecers are limited to 150g at a time in the home.Storage limits are federal jurisdiction - and there is none. 30g in public but unlimited in your home.
No not me as far as I’m concerned it’s buisness as usual of hiding and making sure not to draw any unwanted attention. I can’t afford these ridiculous fines.I was hoping it wasn't you who got busted....!
no one uses booze for medicine...or at least I hope not anyway lolBut is that for the driver only. I suppose they'll make it like a boat with booze...nobody is allowed. I wonder if that would hold up?
I used to.....lolno one uses booze for medicine...or at least I hope not anyway lol
I'm not hiding shit. I'll be more careful when/if I smoke in the car, but that's it.No not me as far as I’m concerned it’s buisness as usual of hiding and making sure not to draw any unwanted attention. I can’t afford these ridiculous fines.
If they are medical it says your storage limit on your registration certificate. That’s what I thought but we poor quebecers are limited to 150g at a time in the home.
LMAO that's so fuckin ole school RESPECTHa ha
A few years ago, when the gov started cracking down on texting and driving, a friend of mine had an epiphany. He saw people would pull over off the highway in approaches to talk or text on cell phones. That is when he decided to bring blades and a torch, everywhere he goes. When he wants a hoot, he pulls over like someone who is using their phone. Lights up the torch, heats up a butterknife, or two, and has a couple hoots of hash, oil or shatter. Puts his stuff away and continues on in the direction he is going to. Seriously, he has been doing this for years and has never been caught.
I was wrong - I just found this on the BC Gov't cannabis siteCan anyone clarify if the limits for cannabis in the home is just set by the provinces or are there limits outlined in the federal bill?
Agreed. And I honestly wouldn't put it past them to track your purchase quantities so you can't just go to another location in the same day and get more. Given how prohibitive the new laws are I wouldn't put it past them.so how many texas mickey's are you allowed... to posses or cases of (beer) etc etc...
how can these limits hold up in court.????
its quite strange that they would even try to limit it, as a legal substance...?
How many cartons of ciggy's?? or bottles of vape juice..???
If you ordered enough beer...or liquor they would delivery direct to you via truck.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and place it where you ask.
4 plants can produce 15 to 20 pounds...I was wrong - I just found this on the BC Gov't cannabis site
Possession
Adults 19+ can carry up to 30 grams of dried non-medical cannabis, or its equivalent, in a public place.
In addition, adults cannot possess any more than 1,000 grams of dried non-medical cannabis, or its equivalent, in a non-public place, such as at your home. This limit is per household and is based on the expected yield from four cannabis plants.
That won't happen. You can go to the store and make as many 30g or less purchases as you want, as long as they are separate purchases. If recreational you can't carry more than that legally but no store is going to enforce it. You can take each purchase home and come back again, because you are allowed to have up to a kilo of storage. The legal websites probably won't allow more than 30/day though.Agreed. And I honestly wouldn't put it past them to track your purchase quantities so you can't just go to another location in the same day and get more. It's like they still hold all their reefer madness beliefs and simply structured the laws around those beliefs.
That's what I'm saying. They may end up tracking your purchases to ensure you dont go over 30g a day. With alcohol you can buy as much as you want from as many stores as you want. The legal websites probably won't allow more than 30/day though.
I doubt the stores would enforce it, but I could be wrong. I think they will only enforce 30g or less per purchase. That's what I'm saying. They may end up tracking your purchases to ensure you dont go over 30g a day. With alcohol you can buy as much as you want from as many stores as you want.
