Tips of leaves getting cut off (eaten?)

Hey guys my two one-month old plants are getting their leaves tips cut off by some kind off bug im guessing. Anyone knows which one?

Looks like a mutant to me. But that usually happens right away as soon as they sprout. Like this

Looks more like mutated growth because of pH issues...not a bug. More details about your grow would be helpful.

Some more info about my grow:
I'm growing two plants, one northern light and one royal gorilla both from royal queen seeds. Only one of them seem to be affected upon further inspection. The grow room is far from ideal, they're in my basement with no air exchange which seems to work fine since i've had one harvest from autos that gave good final product. For nutrients I use advanced nutrients ph perfect although I haven't been giving them any nutrients as of late due not having any nutrients at home.

If it's a mutation that's causing it, then does that mean I should throw away the plant or is it fine?

Transplant them into some different medium. What are they in right now?

How do they look now? And pH Perfect should still be checked for pH.

And plants that young should be in a base premium soil and you shouldn't have to add nutes for a while.

They were. I realised it might be from topping though.
