Do I have enough to lighting ?

Im no professional, but I feel like its enough to support a very small plant/seedling

45w is enough for about 1 sq ft of area. Does your plant fit in that space?
Take the combined total wattage used for all of your lights and divide that by 50. That will give you a footprint that will have enough light.

I'm using a 45 w led full spectrum led panel that has 169 red/blue LEDs it says it is 4546.2 lux and two 15 w 1500 lumen led cobs
I have the exact same ones LOL second time using them. I have (X6) total for 4 plants that are 4.5'ft tall and they have done very well for me in the past & present. Just keep it 8" - 12" above top of plant.

Also the two 15 w LEDs cobs are 5000k
These are 2 different grows with the same lights. Works fine. Cost effective too.

And for the smart azz'z yes those are " bananas " - Gorilla glue is a hermaphrodite. S1 seeds.

Hey man great thanks for all your input its great to see someone who doesn't always think you need thousands of watts to grow a plant (that's why I usually don't use the fourms) I'm about to buy a 300 w full spectrum led panel actual watts of 130w it can switch between veg stage and flower stage with switches I'm gonna use that and the 45w panel I already have

That 130 extra will make a huge difference. Good call!

Can you post a pic of your set up so I can compare to mine in terms of growth. Greatly appreciated.

Yeah I think some people have to much $ to spend on lights. Like burnzy said your setup is fine. No need to change unless your plants quit growing.
