need advice on flowering and yield
Removing leaves doesn't focus energy on bud production. Leaves provide the energy for plant growth/bud production. Photosynthesis 101.bout 450 grams I'll be defoliating in a week for the second time to focus energy on bud production and better airflow
Yes, complete 20 grows, dont put meters under lights, dont point fans at or near plants, reduce your extraction - thats a wind tunnel not grow room and so forthgot any tips to get big dense buds
I had no choice canopy was sweating and it's worked a treat only took 2 days to bounce back and they look a lot happier than they was also seen few grows and it definitely works as fan leaves also take up nutrients and energy themselves.....as long as you don't defoliate after the stretch it won't affect yield and leaves will grow back very fast plus your buds get showered with 600 watts..
i must of produced another 10 to 20 tops from defoliating which I wouldn't ov otherwise as fan leaves were covering all new and lower growth nodes
How is stressing your plant good for it? You contradict yourself. One post leaves are stealing energy from the buds so you removed them. The next post you're worried about the stress you caused your plants making them go hermie. The only thing they need now is a good flush, a dose of CalMag, and some of that latest greatest super duper bloombastic giant bud building magical liquid that comes in a fancy bottle.only thing I'm worried about is my plants going hermie on me from the stress
