The mayor didn't offer asylum. He only called them on their bullshit. He doesn't have that authority. These "fearful" people are frauds. They're only looking for the best deal, either for welfare or doing a criminal enterprise in a country with gullible useful idoits who don't realize they're getting scammed. Because most of these scammers were already granted asylum from appropriate officials genuinely concerned for their welfare.

Just because Mexico is run by a corrupt government, doesn't mean some are trying to be decent human beings. But it becomes hard and one loses faith in their good intentions when too many take advantage of their good nature.


I look into issues thoroughly and don't blindly only read "bad man trump tear gases shoeless children!"

When a person can control their bottom line without injecting more time into the equation, only then would they be the dictator of their net income.

no, i can still do it in the same amount of time..i never let the employer know how much i'm capable of because they will expect it every time.

That's a Republican talking point to excuse Ayn Rand's extremist version of greedy objectivist libertarian capitalism propaganda. At what point does "earning" consume all you do to the point you become no better than a sweat shop slave and chained to your sewing machine having to pee and poop in a trash can? Which is literally what Amazon workers have to do because that greedy Jeff Bezos breaks laws on taking breaks.

Asylum is an international matter that allows any nation to grant asylum without fearing another nation seeking retribution, but the one seeking asylum has no rights until asylum is granted.

Everything I've read about the actual US law is it's only recommended but not a requirement. I could find no penalty for refusing anyone seeking asylum. Who gets penalized? What's the penalty. Your claims appear to be in error.
