Plants leaves are clawing , can’t figure out what to do.

ok I’m about 4 weeks into veg, I’m running a RDWC system in a 4x4 space with 2 plants, each in a 5 gallon bucket with a 5 gallon res. I have 2 600watt LEDS 24 inches above each plant.
My room temp stays between 75-78f with the lights on and it drops to 70-73f with the lights off, my ph is steady between 5.8-6.2
I don’t have a tds meter yet so I don’t know my ppms but I’ve been given very little nutrients, I’m using dyna grow and dyna gro pro-tekt (only a quarter of the listed amount)
My res temps stay at a constant 65-66f with a water chiller. The humidity in the room is around 40%, I have good ventilation and use an oscillating fan for air movement.
I’ve had some ph issues early on but fixed all that when I purchased a legit ph meter.
But now the leaves are clawing really bad, I don’t think it’s nitrogen toxicity bc of the low amounts of nutrients, could it be from low humidity or wind burn? It also looks like there’s slight Nute Burn but again with low Nutes, is that possible? Any help is appreciated.

It's the beginning of a nitrogen toxicity, albeit quite minor for now. Reduce the amount of nitrogen going in for a few waterings.

How much less nutrients do I put in? I already feel like there’s not much in there

Without a tds meter, it's hard for me to gauge as i have not used dyna before. The claw is fairly simple as excess nitrogen is the only element that causes such symptoms. Low humidity would also have your leave's edges tacoing to preserve moisture, and they seem fine in that sense. can you post pics without the colored lights on to see the real color of the plant?

I moved it real quick to take some pics

Ya, you're looking ok still..the claw is very minor, early sign to ease it back just a touch with the veg food. The wind burn is evident on two leaves in the 1st pic..top of the pic and bottom, you can see the slight twist in the leaves, which i would guess is from the fan. Otherwise, looking like a nice plant.

I will lower Nutes more on next few feedings and just hope things turn around, thx for your help.
