Newb questions

First post here, and I'm probably beating a dead horse but there is too much info for me to sift through for my answers, and a million different answers/opinions to the same questions, hoping I can get direct answers.

1. My first grow, just built a 4x4x6 .. I bought 2x used viparspectra 450w's so from the wall approx 400w.
I want to grow 4 plants(legal limit in Canada). Will this be sufficient light?

2. Being my first grow, should I just buy some promix and perlite to keep it simple?

3. I have an bathroom exhaust fan (60CFM) that I can use for free, is this enough CFM just for moving air through the box? Not worried about smell and carbon filters.

You should have a little more lighting, but do with what you have

1) Sounds like the light is at an acceptable minimum, so yes.

2) I recommend real soil, Fox Farm ocean Forest or Happy Frog is a popular choice, find out what's available in your area.

3) Yes, but recommend you add an additional fan in tent for air movement.
