I would say it's because you were threatening self harm.. I doubt they want that on their head. It a legal / liability thing. If you know someone is going to commit suicide and don't do anything it's an offence

Could it be light burn.

Cause ph from run off was 6.5 to 6.8 on all plants and feeding of ppm under 1000
