Yeah for sure. I went around and ripped a hole in every potting mix and bagged compost just to see what it was like haha yeah I'm that guy. The giru came out on top and was the second cheapest. The cheap tomatoe mix from Scotts and Brunning were the worst I have ever seen. pretty well red wood and pine chips . The richgro bagged compost came out on to for me it just seemed more decomposed and fluffy
Seasol promix is great stuff with only perlite or peat mixed in but I'm sure bunnings dont sell it only thrifty link or mitre 10 etc
Its $12 a bag 25 litres but if I was only doing pots this stuff would be what I use every year and down

Gigs first thing u need to do is CLEAN!! Get rid of that dead plant and other dead matter crap on the floor etc!! Did u know plants communicate? (I think it’s more via root systems undersground) but still, give your plants a HEALTHY environment not a stale dead one!
Talk and sing to them , tell them their beautiful, LOVE THEM, gently
