If i grow around 30 plants in the woods i will get caught? because dont they have infared and can see if you are growing? and will helicopters see it?

you should be fine, if you prune them and dont make it obvious. people do it all the time some get caught a lot get high!!! good luck man let me know how you do. i have heard the infared b.s i watched a video the other day and they had a chick and she was a trained spotter so i doubt they have a fancy camera for catching your field grow. the cameras catch people growing indoor not out.
not tru the infared is a big thing now the marijuan plant puts off a specific heat and the cops know that and look for it they fly over fields and woods tryin to spot it so if u happen to do a crop spread it out so it doesnt seem obious that theres a small field of ganja grown down below them also if u have a nice grow area just watch out for the animals man they will eat ur crop up b4 u can smoke it

im probably not the best outside grower but i can help swing some ideas your way if you give me specs like strain are you plants from seeds or clones, and where you would do this. i have some grow experience outside but prefer indoor. if i were you i would check out an outdoor FAQ for a good fertilizer for your outdoor grow. someone there would most likely be able to help you out.

Wrong. They detect heat from lights, not the plants.

they can see anything from a chopper, but i will tell ya after october 29, what i think of the dirty stinking pigs that raided me for my one plant and a few seedling .. fucking rat dogs , some give up dog lagged me probably cos i wouldnt sell them any .

I just got busted the other day..I hid my bigger plant in my backyard but the cops found my seedling..he saw my lights and was like "you got a grow operation going on here" ..he destroyed the seedling and didnt charge me..i went to check on my other plant and it was missing!

okay, here's the reality of my state in the USA in which i live to give you a clue i'm in the bottom five of the poorest states in the US. theres 2 things going on right now that are hurting us as a nation but also is helping marijuana smokers and growers in an indirectly way are as follows.
1, crystal meth. whenever i hear of a small time grower getting caught (small time i mean 30-50 plants) it's most always comes because the grower was making crystal meth too, and the cops raided because of the crystal meth and the weed plants were like a bonus, so it reads like this "COps raid house for crystal meth lab, also found was 23 indoor marijuana plants, guns, pills blah blah blah" in my state at least Meth is out of control with at least 2 labs if it even get reported by the paper anymore getting popped a week, and with a state population of a mere 2.5 million we like our methh it seems. but any pot cultivation indoors outdoors is news worthy and the police stumble upon or are tipped off by (jealous people, angry girlfriends( which is funny because i have friend who grew and his girl at the time reported him, the cops showed up and and thought that what she did was jacked up so the cops made him cut them down and throw them away and they reported it as a false alarm)etc... whereas 10 years or so ago not so much because the police were on the high look out for indoor outdoor growing and were making bust all over the place.
2. high gas prices, and feul redirection to the 2-wars in the middle east. in my city which is the largest in the state used to have a "Ghetto Bird" but it has long since been grounded due to high fuel and maintenece costs. same for the state flyovers this last summer and i noticed only 1 flyover the whole week while i was out at my uncles house... whereas in the 90's i would see them all day long criss crossing the sky low flying planes not moving very fast back and forth over the sky (your tax dollars at work), this flyover i had just seen was nothing like that same type of plane flying the right height but was crusing alot faster. my uncle even was like damn thats first one he'd seen all summer too! and with FED's sending the national guard over to iraq cuts down on their flyovers and even then they would be looking for the plantations same with DEA.

no im not an MIT student but i did do sum work for the local police station wen i was younger quit doin that after i found the green plant that god left me but neways i found out that the infared system they use isnt specificly for the same use as u and i would think its tuned for speficily identifying plants and its does this by using the heat sensors to dial in on the heat of the pot which has a completely diffrent temp. than almost every other plant in the usa but dont take my word for it i mean wat do i kno i just kno the guys that use the equipment
