Only two years after Obama took away the punchbowl from the children, the deficit was trending down until Republicans first took control of Congress in 2015 since then, it's trended up ever since. That unfunded tax cut is going to make the deficit surge up in 2020. Of course, you'll blindly and ignorantly blame Democrats for that.
