Seed bank that accepts US locked Debit Card?

I have no idea what forum this should go in, but I have a US locked prepaid debit card (onevanilla), and I didn't realize these can't be used to order seeds as they don't allow international payments.. does anyone know a site that accepts/processes payments in the US? Please and thanks

Well. Actually it's still not that easy. I spent that entire time looking for seedbanks based in the us, only found a single one which made it seem like it was based in Cali, and then after choosing seeds and entering all my info I was THEN greeted with the warning of "Make sure your card has CBP (cross border payments) allowed."
I'm starting to doubt that there's even a single site that accepts US restricted cards. Quite bullshit. Wasted my money.

Not Greenpoint seeds, they process your credit card thru some Chinese cc company that has many verified instances of stealing credit card numbers. Anyone else would be a better choice, heard good things about James Bean Great Lakes and DC but have never used them, good luck
