I placed an order with SHN over a week ago still haven't even been given shipping confirmation yet. Contacted support and I was told they are having technical difficulties right now and their order system went down but it was backed up thank God. Asked an ETA and I was told to watch my email it shouldn't be more then a few days. Have a great New year from me and the team. Thank you for trusting shn

Thanks for that, there’s a few strains I wanted to get and they’re down to the last couple of packs.

Tell them they should give you some credit for the inconvenience. The sent out their usual mass text about sales but their site is down.

They said they'll make it right exact words but when you put in a 200+ order first order thought they'd prioritize orders over sales since they're all backed up. We will see how they play their cards... That will determine whether or not I ever place another order. Never had so much frustration ordering beans....WITHIN THE US MIGHT I ADD!

I've ordered from SHN 3 times in the last year.
They've all been preorder gear, spendy packs.
Had my order in hand within 1 week of order by credit card.
BTW, I always do a general search for discount codes and usually find one that works for 10-20% off of my order.

lost an order to the uk with these guys but they resent it and the second one arrived safely. Excellent company with great communication.

Ive bought from them many times, got a pack of hermies from snow high and they replaced them. Ive paid with cc and with btc. Longest ive waited is a week. Prices are steep but ive been able to use a discount code for most of my orders.

Going on a week yesterday and still no shipping information or an official ETA bc he said "I'm unable to give you a actual ETA on your order due to tech issues, that would be a question for the techs." As soon as possible we hope. Do you have any other questions for me sir?"

I know it’s tought man, but they will come though if that’s your worry. SHN is one of if not the most reliable US based banks. I can almost guarantee you will eventually get your order, unless they get busted somehow(knock on wood). For now order seeds somewhere else to get your mind off of it if you can or jist try to forget about it for now. Don’t stress out bro, you will get your order.

I made an order Fri. Dec. 21 and finally got it today. So the system crashed around xmas but they had a backup. Shit happens I guess but I think they should have at least posted a notice on their Facebook or Instagram. They always answer email within a day though. No freebie for the trouble but I dont really mind. I got enough beans.
Now their site has been down for the past 3 days? I assume they shut it down so no more orders taken until they get the back orders out.

No new info but was told that they'd make it "right"...."I promise" how they handled this was very poor. How they make up for it will be the deciding factor on whether or not I place another order ever again. They should of done a mass email or post it on the website so since it was up until 2 days ago. Not send out advertising and just glide through without any contact. We'll see...of the 20 banks I've used this is the biggest issue I've dealt with and the most I can get from email or phone is hopefully it will be fixed soon and we will get your order right out at that time. No ETA or anything... Bc that's more of a tech question.

Already talking with Becky but after 6 days still no damn update. Getting to the point where I'm just going to ask for a refund...they can't seem to straighten it out.

Talk to dusty first, she’s the manager. Tell her you’re pissed and either want a refund or some freebies to make up for the delay.
