You can cut off the branch(s) with male flowers, stick them in a small glass of water under a 2700K CFL on a timer for 12/12 so they drape over a sheet of foil and collect the cleaned pollen in a vial or another piece of foil. I've done it many times with regular male branches. Then you just use a small paint brush or Q-Tip to dust a few buds on a female if you just want a few dozen seeds.
You can set that up in a cardboard box in a closet somewhere away from the grow room so pollen doesn't migrate in there. If you just want to pollinate one branch on a girl take it out of the grow room, cover the plant with a garbage bag leaving the one branch out then dust those buds with pollen and leave it sit overnight. Then spray the bag and everything down with water before taking the bag off and putting the plant back into the grow room. If the rest of the buds are ready before the seeds are just harvest the virgin buds and leave that branch on until seeds start splitting out of their calyxes then collect your seeds. Easy-peasy!
