Samsung just produce the diodes not the boards/strips (unless your actually talking about the Samsung smd strips which are bomb even if I prefer bridgelux (who still use Samsung diodes)) it’s hlg I believe in and Their products have been proven time and time again by both small and large scale growers. The cutter solskins quantum board equivalent panels use a variety of cree , Samsung and nichia diodes in their build, you can get a single panel kit with driver etc for $90 a fortnight with after pay.
