Vinasse in my bat mix

Just buy plagron bat guano and I see that is mix of bat/seabird guano but have vinasse in IT too..

So first time hearing term vinasse dont know what is IT and how that will be beneficial for my Plant

Its a sugar industry byproduct so I assume its just helping feed the microbes with some sugar or is at least beneficial?
