No Wonder Why Blacks HATE Whites..

The problem with society is, for the most part, we like to see ourselves as different. By seeing ourselves as different, we cannot objectively see the world through each others eyes, and the notion of "pride" keeps us from being empathetic. Arguing over who is "racist" and who is "right" serves no purpose, feeds discourse and hijacks the direction of any and all conversations. Unfortunately, most of the modern problems in society are caused by evolution...we've evolved into having reaaaalllyyy long toes.

There are only two types of human beings...

1. The rich.

2. The poor.

We're all poor, unfortunately. (Unless you're rich).

It’s very good to point out racists and berate them for their mental retardation

So, if we stopped talking about racism, it and all it's malicious effects will just go away?

I heard somebody else say that too.

Sure, point out whatever you want, but it seems kinda pointless to point out that a racist is racist. They're looking for attention, and you're giving it to them. Just saying.

Racism is only one notch on the hate spectrum. There is also sexism, bigotry, misandry, and countless other ways people manifest their own failure into hate to make themselves feel better.

Fighting amongst ourselves is useless if success for everyone is the goal. Society today is the most divided it has been at any other time in history, and the rich are the richest. Coincidence? I think not, but keep on validating racists while Trump and his cronies steal all the money. Distraction is the bait, and American society can't seem to cough the hook out of its mouth.

The attacks due to racism are coming from white supremacists, neo-nazis and other fascists who are as white as the lead paint that was banned decades ago.. Are you saying that people shouldn't defend themselves or the people around them?

Of course people should defend each other. What kind of people don't defend each other?

One thing stands out to me...

Whether the ref is/was a racist kinda takes a backseat to the fact that a coach of impressionable youth didn't stand behind his team, and in the process taught this young man to sacrifice his principles in order to win. It's sad that we put winning before principles and dignity.

The coach could have easily told the kid not to cut his hair, contested the ruling and the ref would have to defend his decision. I know what I would have done, and the kid would still have his hair. That's how you "defend" someone, AND teach him a lesson worth learning.

Why did the coach choose to do what he did? So he can have another trophy in his cabinet, which translates to more money/leverage to advance his career. Everything reverts back to money. Why? Because money/winning = success. Until we look at the root causes, we are doomed to fight the same stupid fight over and over again.

Dude,

This is long over and what you just said is shown to be false. The young man's hair covering was legally valid under the rules. Not only that, but the ref wasn't even there at the weigh in when the subject could be given the proper time for discussion. Instead, he made the wrong snap judgement when the clock was running and there was no time to discuss the ref's error. The coach did defend the kid but they were given a choice under time-pressure and the kid consented to have his hair cut. The ref was later fired and blocked from ever officiating in the district again. The man's supervisor said the ref acted improperly.

And you make this out to be some unfair claim of racism? You should look inward.

Dude, you're over. That was my point, he was within regulation. All I'm saying is that if I was coach, he'd still have his hair, and the kid wouldn't have sold out. What's wrong with that? There is a reason why the coach let him sell out. What is it? I guess only he knows...and it wasn't racism. Nor did I claim it was, I claimed it benefitted him to let the kid cut his hair. Can't converse with someone that can't read.

Anyway, good luck arguing with people on the internet because their opinion differs from yours!

Peace
