Here is where they lose me -- that bit about "Our scholarly work is founded in Misesian praxeology, and in self-conscious opposition to the mathematical modeling and hypothesis-testing that has created so much confusion in neoclassical economics."

No way, man. They are rejecting science and math for their unproven, untested "praxeology" a fancy word for belief without proof. As you said, libertarian is just a theoretical philosophy that has had no practical application.
