The Supreme Court was compromised by Mitch McConnell, who literally brags about it as his greatest accomplishment.

It's the equivalent of stealing. Obama was legally elected, there was an opening on the court, and sandbagging like that shouldn't be legal. Hearings should be mandatory within 60 days of a nomination.
