Made my LED parallel strip build about a year ago. wondering what's new and exciting with LEDs

Looking into making another fixture soon as was wondering if there have been any cool developments in terms of DIY LED lighting.

I was on digikey and noticed that the gen 2 bridgelux out which is sweet. apprently higher efficiency.

Whats everyone else opinion on best strips to use for a build?

I read things about samsung strips but it seems my bridgelux ones did just fine.

Also how do you build a quantum board? lol

Sorry just kinda looking to have a general discussion about leds

Quantum boards only need to be wired up and hung.
