something like my three year old 70 w 4ft strips...except i do not have reds on em..coverage from strips rocks..
Actually the right is 2 weeks behind the left with the supplemental. Yes, same wattage. The main strips on the left are dimmed down to make up for the 70 watts of supplemental diodes.so..same wattage same plants same start day just one has reds..and what looks like blue and purple monos.added to white?
Pink is where the action happens.and people that use burple get laughed at hehe
The stink is in the pink classic gm5Pink is where the action happens.
Who stocks the PLC stuff? I've seen you talk about them before on youtube.Looking at a 4x8 with 2 650w fixture each with 16 of PLC's Photo Boost Strips powered by 4 meanwell HLG320's(2 per fixture). The PLC Strips rock samsung 301b whites and cree xp-e HE photo reds. The left side fixtures boards are modified to be all white with xpg3's so that a semi comparison can be ran to show some of the differences of added red vs a pure white SPD.
The run consists of 18 clones(9 per side) vegged 21 days before flip.
Pretty sure i heard he has stock on the 15th on todays livestreamI'm done waiting for the PLC Photo-boost strips. I guess my money will go to DIGI and some H-influxes.
Yeah, but I signed up in Dec. for the alerts and was supposed to be mid Jan. for stock.Pretty sure i heard he has stock on the 15th on todays livestream
The 288s are the lm301b if memory serves. Theyre the v2s. Interesting note on the v2s, if you buy a type a driver, you can get away with a hlg 48v type a driver (check out the tables, they max around 49v iirc, so the +/-5% of max covers the draw necessary! It fails to cover the pad hlg recommends, but im through 2 grows with no issues running them this way). Another note, the 600 watts of 288s seemed a tad under powered for the 4x4 on their solo run. The extra oomph from the qb96 elite has certainly fixed the issue.@Woolster22 you know which LEDs those boards run?
Not sure, think i read its some newer tech sammy was working on. I believe i saw pics showing multiple diodes per unit? So each chip really had a few diodes pumping out light (im sure im butchering the explanation). There was definitely a magnifying glass used to show the differences, essentially 96 "mini cobs" (again, maybe not the right use of words) on a board instead of 288 single diodes like on the 288s or something of the like. The elites also have the red chips for the spectrum help. What i can say, is that my girls all seem to love it.Sorry, I meant on the 96's
I should've said but I've had a smoke
The whites are Lumileds and the Reds/Deep reds are LuminousThe whites on the 96's are nichia 5050's iirc
