0.02ec water without using reverseosmosis?

Hey !

Im in a procces of making bubblehasch for the first time. And im thinking about to get the lowest amount of ec before starting.

I have a big dehumidifier i was thinking of using the water collected it has an ec of 0.002 wich sounds good to me? Before freezing i add H2o2 to kill al bacterias and other contamination and let it sit for a week before freeze. Inputs anyone? / Flodas

Why?

Just use distilled or purified water.

I just use the dry ice method. Less hassle and mess to collect the trichomes.

I've been hearing a lot about using dry ice instead of plain ice for bubble...I'm pretty curious about it, although I'm not quite sure how the process works. As for the OP's question...the purer you can get, the better. .02EC Would work and I'm sure it'd work better than your tap water, but I'd still recommend either distilled or RO, with distilled being the better option.

lol if .2 is 100 on the .50 scale, then .002 is 1 PPM ?

using dry ice is super simple. You cut the bottom off a 5 g bucket, put a bubble bag inside it, fill that with trim or bud, put dry ice in it, put the bucket and bag inside another regular 5g bucket, and shake it around. Sift comes out and that's it done.

Hey fellow growers. Why im asking is that the more purified the water is the trichomes goes away easier and ye its like 1ppm.
I dont have acces to distilled water or RO so i guess this is the best to go with. / Flodas

Yes 1ppm water should be great. Hell, some RO water doesn't come out with that low of a ppm.

Ur right there but i have to add H2O2 to kill possible fungus. bacteria blablabla. And then add H2O2 and wait a week then freeze!! / Flodas !
