Also Mark, its a small detail which is obviously noticeable. When at checkout it tells me that the estimated delivery is literally midnight the same day! I mean clearly I would know its an error but never the less its still an error.

In other news, going back to diyled's question are the lm/w figures at the given mA on those strips correct?

And yet you can not email me back ?Another paying customer. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for 2 boards and 8 strips. All single channel.
I have lost count on how many times I have tryed contacting you either thru email Dm on this fourm but different thread. The only email I have had (after payment) from you was on the 2/4 saying that you hope my order will be done in 24-48hrs and that is after I placed my order on the 25/3. I went thru all the terms and conditions on your site before placing my order.
I can see why so many people are pissed off including myself. Your site says holding x amount of stock in many different variables and you site state's shipment is usually 24-48hrs after payment is received unless back order is a issue, so consumers shop according to your stock levels.
I couldn't find any mention of production and/or manufacturing time custom design being the exception.

Miss leading well that's one way to describe it it I could think of a couple of others. Imagine my furstation waking up checking my emails 53 times a day and nothing but you have time to reply here. I understand it is Saturday outside of business hours and I do appreciate that so that must be taken into account.
I did not want to make this post but I am running out of choices.

Eagerly awaiting any type of response.

We have been in decent contact up untill this point. Plenty of contact for a first time purchase. Replying to other customers? I thought I purchased enough to get at least a reply when I clearly stated my concerns. This has out me in an uncomfortable position. I need to know if it will be shipped soon or not.

I feel your pain bro. As your order number is before mine I believe you should get your anwser first.
In my opinion every customer new or old, big or small deserve the same respect as you never no what that sale could lead to.

Exactly I placed a 100 piece order expecting them to ship before weeks on end. If I wouldve known the strips werent made and was going to take weeks before even shipping I would have never ordered. Bc I dont have that kind of time. I'm running a business. And prompt service and contact to customers is top priority. 900 dollar order going to put me months behind now.bc the strips arent made yet.

I no how you feel mate. I'm also starting my own venture but it's really hard to sell my concept without a working prototype and this is just the first one I still need to build another 2 -3 variations.
So today I start with plan B, not ideal but I need to get something built, So when I was hunting around digikey last nite I stumbled across these https://www.digikey.co.nz/product-d...0-A-13/976-1731-ND/7899252/?itemSeq=289425888 and if I order 5 shipping is Free. So few of them couple junction boxes, switches etc.
There is also a local guy selling a few selected HLG driver's and I'm pretty sure I can work with what he has plus he also has Free shipping.
So let's see what gets here first ? The order I will place later today that has to come from America or the order I placed and paided for 2 weeks ago that has to come from Australia ? Oh I live in New Zealand for those of you who don't no where that is, It's right next to Australia
All the red's, blue's, UV's will stay sitting in my cutter cart for now.

sorry....not made yet... but parts are in stock !
 
After having a little play with the strips we got this weekend im thoroughly satisfied. Br 5050: those 5w chips are insanely bright and we only took them up to 50w per strip. We also took the phosphor reds up to 50w (Mark ive asked this several times, how hard can you drive these?)

Also very impressed with the 2000k solstrips. After seeing what 2700k 90 cri did on one tray i wanna test these out.

Both strips design were fine with 50w operation not mounted to, just lying on top of a alusheet.

Due to eviction we wont be setting this up for a while :(

I will defo order again. This is a custom option shop, not Amazon so its normal that they take some time. But i still think cutter can stepup their game a bit.

Nice!
I imagine doing things the way they do is what keeps costs down for the customer. Makes sense, but yeah they need to pull their finger out a bit, always going to be teething problems with a new website design and new range but reputations can get damaged quick on forums like this.

Sorry to hear of the eviction though. Hope you find a new happy place!
