Non HPS pictures would be great. From what I see it looks like a few more weeks still. You have tons of fresh new growth on those colas, which means the plants are trying to grow more buds for you. Chopping early will reduce quality and yield. Chopping plants early is the number one reason new growers aren't happy with their crops, and they taste and smell like grass.

The best smoke comes from fully rippened buds.

OK well the first plant needs probably 2-3 weeks. The second plant 7-10 days I would think . They look nice and frosty, good job.

Yeah harvest times can vary immensely even with the same strain. It all comes down to each plants genetic phenotype, and your grow environment. Plants perform differently just when grown in a different room.

I don't really count weeks much any more. I just wait for the plants to finish .

The first 2 pictures look like the plant maturing well. It appears the bracts are starting to swell. I really would still think best results will come with another 5-7 days. The others look like maybe 2 weeks. It's a tough call sometimes. Have you checked the trichomes on the most mature plants?

I have with a 60X loop but it's hard to tell.

Just curious mostly it is definitely hard to see them properly. I learned years ago that it's much better to wait a week longer then it is to cut a week early .
