Cover Crop for Organic No-Till

Hey all, I'm wondering what your thoughts are for cover crop. I know diversity is always a good thing, and I found this "6 seed blend" from a place near me that I get a lot of my stuff from. It consists of Buckwheat, Barley, Alfalfa, Clover, Lentil & Fenugreek.

Using something similar in my garden (companion planting); sounds like it’s the same thing. I swear by it for all of my veg.
