There are about 30 million people who still have health care that would disagree with you about "insufficient Democrats". I take it your insurance wasn't going to be affected if they repealed the ACA. Also don't forget that GOP made a play to privatize Social Security and Medicare. Your willingness to toss people with pre-existing conditions, people without a health plan from work and seniors off the cliff if you don't get your way is a stark difference between you and I.

They're the most popular policies that even Republicans agree with the majority of the time (infrastructure spending, Medicare for all, strengthening social security).
