Questions on how to use grow journal and its sub forum (confused)

I am wanting to start a grow journal here, but am unsure how exactly to proceed in the direction I would like to go with it.

I am looking to start one with open communication and conversations with any and all members that want to get involved- But looks like 1 of those 2 is for journal style only, and the other areas a link to original for conversation? Not sure if Im reading into this correct. Please clear up the confusion for me.

Ive started my current grow thread from first day of flower and a quick recap of my last (first) grow in the journal area.....with no comments.....Am I posting in the wrong area, or doing this wrong? I have yet to get any feedback other than a like or 2 and am looking to share and gain tips and advice in my threads

The grow journal area is best the threads !
Not the blog

Sometimes if you’re not s well known name people take a bit to warm up
Come chat and make new friends

Thx sunni. I was kinda thinking there were no responses because it was not allowed.

So- Which is the journal and which is the blog? Going to guess the discussion area sub forum is the blog?
