challenge to the 150 carry limit

I was under the impression that it just basically will be called something else but the medical system still stays. Is that wrong?

Gov't says they will review it in 5 years but still running for now.

My doc asked why I want medical when it's legal now. Told him I only use hi-CBD stuff and no one sells it plus I can't afford to pay bootleg prices when I can grow it for pennies on the dollar in comparison. Also that CBD plants give very small yields compared to regular pot, true, and I don't like getting all messed up with my medicine, also true, so he upped me to 12g/day.

He also told me that I am his only patient he will sign for so don't be sending any friends his way or he won't sign for me either. Had to call buddy John and warn him off! He sees the same doc.

That's correct, different in name. As of right now anyway.

I heard that if you check off the box about getting interim supplies NO then you have to tell them how you plan to get seeds as you are supposed to buy authorized seeds or plants or some shit.

Nah you're fine. I checked no on my initial registration and renewal. No issues. Unless that changed on Oct.17 don't worry about it

since the ACMPR was rolled into the Cannabis Act, i had to file new paperwork. it looks like the judge is looking favourably at this so if you need more than 150g to carry with you for vacation or work, file with us. we are going for the 10 day interim relief. looks like only plaintiffs will get the 10 day supply right now but hopefully in a few months we can all get the 30 days we are after.

the more people involved, the better we off we are.
there's over 200 of us now for the delay challenge! that one made a difference already in changing the date on the license from the date the Dr signed to the date it was issued like it was for the MMAR

well folks i just got word today that i was granted the ability to ship and carry a 10 day supply. no more worried about shipments being seized!
if anyone else wants to challenge it, let me know and i will help any way i can!

Nice!! I just got notification my claim has been accepted, for non-renewal annually, thank you. I also received a medical exemption from my doctor, so I do not have to go to Service Ontario to renew my Health Card. That one is their fault since they tried to tell me you "HAVE TO" go in to renew the card. NOT.
