What are these spots on my leaves

Can anyone tell me what these spots are

Early calcium deficiency

This x100. Coco coir? RO water? Both? Always need more info for differential diagnosis. What, specifically, is your environment/nute regimen/medium/pH etc etc etc. It’s not always as simple as “deficiency = add more”. From appearances without any additional info, I agree with hotrodharley.
 
powdery mildew, do you have a fan on it? camera picks up even just the start of it,

second pic, 2nd leaf counter clockwise from stem, in the center, looks like a blur, but could possibly PM starting. The leaf has a dull look on other spots also. Just sayin, keep an eye on it and get a fan on it. Dont let temps change fast from hot to cool, .

Not saying you have it, but, it looks like it might be starting, and could be a problem, all Im saying man,

Thanks man , yes there is a fan it’s weird the other 4 plants are so healthy. But thanks for looking at the pictures and your opinion.
