Draining problem

Hey guys searched on multiple forums couldn’t find anything
So I grow in coco coir by botanicare it’s the aireation mix
I’m currently in week 6 of flower growing in 5 gallon plastic pots and feed every other day 15 of my plants are taking a really long time to drain about 2.5 minutes till I see run off

Any idea what’s causing this

Probably soaking the coco.

I don't know how much you're giving it volume wise either, time doesn't matter much.

I was never a run off guy. They are only in the pots for 2 months so I never worry about salt build up. I just water my trees a pitcher (1/2 gal) of water/nutes every other day. That would vary with humidity.

I don't know how much you're giving it volume wise either, time doesn't matter much.

I will let you know in an hour or so how much water each plant gets

I have to say I am not a coco guy either so my info is based on regular soiless mix. I still don't like a soaking wet medium unless I am going on vacation for a few days.

The thing is it’s somewhat dry when it’s come to feed day

I grow in only coco as well.
Once roots are well established and pot is somewhat rootbound, common practice is to feed multiple times per day.
Your situatuon may be different.

I've used canna coco throughout my last few grows and it's amazing stuff, plants basically grow themselves as long as I just follow the recommended feeding schedule, never a problem smooth sailing.
