How many sunny days should seedlings have?

I started my plants inside for a week since the weather wasn't quite right. When I took them outside, the weather said it was a good week, but then changed it later to rainy/cloudy. The only 2 days it was sunny, they were in the shade getting used to sunlight, now it's been 100% cloudy for a few days. My main question is, will they stretch to much with just the skylight? Or should I bring them back inside for a bit (I can only put them under CFL's)? This is my 1st outdoor grow & I mainly wanted to do it for a massive plant. Thanks in advance :).

Seeds grow in nature , everyday
They should be fine
 
Also doing an outdoor grow but my seedlings have been inside more than out this year. I set my seedling in a south facing window. I do have full spectrum glow light. I know you said all you had was CFL, you don't have any LED regular home light bulbs? I ask because that's what I used when my old grow light broke and I was waiting for the new one to come. I was lucky and got mine at Ace Hardware for a dollar pack on sale but it's only like $5 for a pack of 4 at Walmart. Mine are 9 watt 800 lumens. They really help out in a pinch. And if they're leggy when you repot your seedlings you can sink'em up to the first set of leaves.

Hmm, I was always wondering about regular LED light bulbs. My CFL's are 23 watts with I think around 2000 lumens. Would equivalent watts/lumens in an LED bulb be better? Also, I always do that regardless of how much they stretch. I top up the soil until like 1/2-1" to the cotyledon leaves. Tyvm.

Figured this might be worth mentioning, but it isn't just cloudy, it's dark like it's going to rain. Can't even see where the sun is a lot of days lol. Don't think its much different if anything at all from what you guys said. I'm sure it's getting a lot of lumens/lux still. Cheers :)

That depends on the color of the bulbs. 5000-6500K temp lights would be useful for seedling veg. Your bulbs should indicate the light color in K (Kelvin).

If it's that dark I would bring them in personally.

Bring them inside on those dark/rain days. I grow many different kinds of plants & all of them do well with LEDs. I have full spec lites but reg LED will work to get you through those dark days. Put them in a south face window too. When they perk up you can take them back outside.
