couple questions about acid

I'm not getting any, but a friend of mine is. she says she's getting 8 strips for $80. is that about a normal price for 8 strips? and also, she says the person she's getting them from said to take 3 strips to trip well. I thought I may have read somewhere that 1-1 1/2 strips would be good for a trip? can someone clarify this information? is it all good y'know? I don't know the relevance, but she's like, pocket size. verrryyyy small....
Look, you people need to understand LSD, how it is manufactured and how fucked up it all got since the Merry Prankster guy and his best friend got busted on their farm in the 80's.
I'm not going to go into great detail, but here's the skinny:
You remember the Salem Which Hunt history? Well then you know that they now believe the entire issue was brought about from rotting rye grains. In all of the infomation I have collected about LSD, not once is it mentioned WHAT rye grain. There are quite a few veriaties of rye, and all of them will produce what is known as ergot of rye - which simply means moldly rye grain. Now, a guy back in the late 1800's / early 1900's (?) localized LSD 25, which was his 25th attempt at extraction. What he noticed was this was the purest extraction of them all, the ones below it got slightly darker and dingier in color. Not only were the earlier ones a worse extraction, but I believe he was testing different veriaties of grain as well.
The lesser qualities is BROWN ACID. You remember the 60's sloagan, "Don't eat the Brown Acid!"? Well, it wasn't just because of the brown blotter paper. The people who manufactured the lower grade stuff put it on brown paper so it wouldn't show up as it would on white (making the white blotter dingy would look wierd to those in the know).
You know how alot of people say bad acid is the way it is because it's cut with stricknine (spelling?) It's not cut with rat poison - it IS rat poison. A lower grade of LSD is poison.
So in conclusion, the specific type of rye to make good LSD was banned in the US and much of the rest of the world, and is almost impossible to find. So what people do is use other grains - lessening the quality of the product, or just use an alternative like LSA and they call it LSD.
In short - LSD is not what it used to be or what was supposed to be. Sure, you might get lucky and find some LSD 25 - good luck with that. As I said, ever since the original manufacturers went down, the production of the real shit dropped off to almost nothing. Almost.
Please be carefull with what people call LSD these days. If your in doubt, eat only HALF A TAB or HIT. If you start to double up with abdominal pains and find yourself on the ground in the fetal position, drink a couple glasses of milk - vomiting won't help you at that point. Oh, and the milk is for the stricknine poison - it won't help make a "bad trip" from whatever amount of LSD in your system go away.
