Color of my GDP

I have a question for anyone who can answer. I'm about 43 days into flower with my GDP plant. Plan of pulling it around day 60. Aren't the buds suppose to turn purple? And should I still be giving my plants 15 ml. Of molasses at this point?

If you're growing inside, the GDP might not turn purple. I grew it two or three times in a closet under lights and never saw a hint of purple, but after I started growing outside in the sun I had a bunch of purple flowers in late autumn-early winter. Not only the GDP but also Godfather Purps, Paris OG and Cheese all got intensely purple, but once the buds dry they look more or less the same color as any other dry flowers. At least, that's what mine did.

Edited to add: Also, I think you need at least a touch of cold weather to get the purple pigment to come out.

gdp turns purple when it gets colder what I think because mine has turned purple bc night temps get to 56

also if you cross gdp with other strains you might have a nice pheno bc I crossed the gdp with raspberry cough Hella nice not done flowering it is going to be a 11 to 12 week flower so that's nice

How far should I take me GDP crop?
