Ugh! Not generally recommended and if it's all you can get then you need to add about 25% perlite to it so the plant's roots can breathe. If that's a seed on top it should be 1/2" under the surface so the light and air exposure doesn't kill it.Miracle grow

I'm any case, Bhodge92, it looks like you may have topped one of your side branches, maybe not. It's hard to tell at that angle. Any more pictures?
