Corporations and the rich, obviously. The middle class is their cash cow and the poor are forced to be there so the middle class can feel better than someone. This is all BS speculation ... the legal ramifications for the re-illegalization of cannabis are HUGE!! Many LPs are now publically traded(sell shares on the stick market), and therefore are legally required to file law suits for any loss or potential loss of revenue. The estimated value of the rec cannabis industry is over 4 billion a year and rising ... companies could sue the federal government for 10-50 years of lost revenue!!

Sheer and the CPC are not going to touch the cannabis industry! Even trying to restrict home grows is an uphill battle that they are not going to want to touch!

I remember many doctors said they didn't support it [can't provide quotes, so don't ask! ] and I'd think a lot of "average canadians" might still be on the fence, and figure now that it's legal, people who use it for medical reasons have a source, so we don't need the medical program...

Don't all our medical rights hang on the premise that we had a right to clean medical grade pot, legally, for medical purposes. Now, theoretically, we have that access without the need for a medical program...

The only discrepancies are possession limits, and grow limits as far as I can see...

I only throw this out for thought, would he dare go after us?

Sorry but you couldn't be more incorrect. What patients can afford to buy rec garbage at the amounts required? That's part of why we won. Also, what patients are going to be able to perpetually grow for themselves with just 4 plants exactly? Simply having a rec program doesn't make it any more accessible if it isn't affordable to the sick. That's why most states kept their medical programs after going legal. Then there's the issue of taxes, delivery wait times, strain unavailability or shortages ON TOP of poor quality. Pretty black and white really.
