How do I update or edit the intro to my grow journal

Hey, admins, the introduction to my grow journal is seriously outdated and I would like to rewrite it if possible but I can't figure out how to do that. I can still read what I wrote several years ago, but I can't open up the text to edit it.

Correct this is because we don’t allow users to edit things past a certain date
