Crispy leaves

So I’ve been growing my baby for a good 3 months and she’s finally flowering but began to lose so many leaves and some have become crispy and brown. Any advice?

The first thing that got me was some of the leaves began to turn shiny and that’s when I felt it had nitrogen toxicity, but it might be from all the leaves that fell in the soil a while ago and may now be decomposing and that added with fertilizer

That plant is awfully small for three months old... May be more to it than just too much nitrogen??? What strain is it???

I’m not too sure, and it’s because of the light. The light is for flowering, but I’ve used it the whole time, so it didn’t get to stretch like it should’ve.
