Thanks! I think I'm going to chop this Friday or Saturday then. Gives me the weekend to trim and hang everything up to dry.Khyber,
Looks good man. A rule of thinb is to chop 2 weeks after you see most (like 90%) pistils turning color. But damn...she looks ready. I wouldn't go more then another week.

What do you run for fans and how do you position them? I'm thinking my fan setup is part of the issue.Hey Khyber...
Sorry man. I live in humid area and worry about that. I have two huge fans blowing pretty good on them. OK so far.
Live and learn...may your next grow end better.

Feel for you bro but you can still clean it and make oilI had to toss 40% of the harvest
My room is 7'x8' but I only have plants in a 3 1/2' swath along one 8' wall. On the opposite wall I have a high speed 20" fan attached fairly high on opposite wall. It's not oscillating so it really only covers half the garden. I have it on a dimmer and keep at just below half full on.What do you run for fans and how do you position them? Nice, next round I'm going to increase fan size and get a 30 pint dehumidifier. No more messing around! My room is 7'x8' but I only have plants in a 3 1/2' swath along one 8' wall. At the other end...also high on the wall...is a 16" 3 speed oscillating fan that I keep on the middle speed.
Sometimes, like after watering or a spill or something...I'll crank them up to dry things out. My plants are constantly in motion. Not like a hurricane...more like a medium windy summer day. plants have never shown windburn...fans run 24 hours.

I'm in a very humid cool coastal environment. Perfect for mold. I managed to get 2 runs here and am at midpoint of my third grow...using the fans only. I have a dehumidifier that I need for drying/curing...but so far haven't needed it in flowering yet. I'm not saying you won't need it. It would be an excellent idea to buy one. But don't let it get too dry...not good either.Nice, next round I'm going to increase fan size and get a 30 pint dehumidifier. No more messing around!
I'm in Vancouver, basement grow. I was actually going by VPD and thought I was OK, lights off about 20C and 60% RH lights on about 40-45% and 24-25C. According to VPD my lights on is out of bounds, and my lights off was okay. But I feel that it was my lights off humidity that allowed mold to flourish. I'm confused, wouldn't it be better to maintain 45% RH through mid and late flower? Doesnt a high RH translate to more available moisture for mold growth?I'm in a very humid cool coastal environment. The attached VPD chart gives you a rough idea of the desired humidity for a given temp. The orange area is the sweet spot.
