At 16% humidity I would crumble into a pile of dust. Today is our driest day here in a long time, and we have 37% humidity.

The day started real cool. I stayed at the pond camp, and did not have to kick the sheet off. Wunderground tells me it got down to 67.1F. It did warm up though. At 1700 it's fair, 92F with 37% humidity. Forecast low of 68F with 10% chance of rain tonight. 10 day high low of 95/68F with 6 days of possible rain.

This weeks heat and humidity fluctuations did a number on all my clones in my cloner. Been hard keeping temps under 82. The other night it was sprinkling and now dry as bone.

Woke to thunder at the camp this morning. I made it home before the rain started. Little bit early morning, then a huge thunderstorm in early afternoon. It cut into my afternoon nap.
At 1755 it's mostly cloudy, 88F with 79% humidity. Forecast low of 71F with 20% chance of rain tonight, and 50% tomorrow. 10 day high low of 93/71F with 8 days of possible rain. We've had .7 inches of rain for the day so far.

Had about nine drops of rain accompanied by dozens of lightning strikes. Two started fires (so far) which have been doused.

Just to give a report from Wisconsin as sunlight begins to change more and more.
Current stretch of 3 weeks of perfect growing weather. Full days of sun with temps in the 80s. Rain has been at night, but not too much. Actually got dry in July.
Today we are at 14 hr. 13 min. Sunlight time. August brings in drastic sunlight changes here.

No rain yet today. Would be the first day in about a week without it. A shower would have been welcome this morning. Too hot to be working outside. At 2020 it's clear, 82F with 81% humidity. Miracle in southern Oregon. August rain ( half inch) that started only a few fires that were put out quickly. This was the result of an unseasonal low swinging in off the coast and not the usual tailend of monsoon drift from somewhere down south.

I'm already down to 13 hours 19 minutes, with tomorrow being 1 minute 34 seconds shorter. Since we all reach 12/12 at the same time, you are losing more daylight per day than I am.

When I got in the car after shopping, the thermometer read 108F. It did cool down to 95 once I got on the road. At 1600 it's partly cloudy, 96F {HI 113F} with 63% humidity. Forecast low of 76F with 20% chance of rain tonight, and 50% tomorrow. 10 day high low of 94/71F with 9 days of possible rain. Looks like cooler weather on the way. Most of the 10 day has highs in the 80's. Will be a welcome relief.

We lose about 2 and 1/2 minutes a day. You made me look up Fairbanks and they lose 7 minutes a day!
