:P it's the top cut off one to keep all the buds roughly the same size. You can clearly see the size of them in the first post attachments if you look :p
My buds won’t be huge this grow doing a led/cmh. I do like to leave my bud as long as long as I can because it’s only personal and that’s just my preference :bigjoint:

And guys why all the grief for picking it early. I'm happy with it? Are you defending the plants wellbeing? I welcome any helpfull advice. Even criticism. But I know I picked it early. I mentioned that lol . Like I said. I'm happy.
Anyway happy toking guys

It’s not grief really.

Those of us that grow for potency and weight just can’t wrap our heads around what you are doing lol.

Although humidity can be an issue for mould etc it’s more about air circulation and extraction to help fight mould.

I’ve seen a grow with 30% Rh get mould.

Because the lack of air circulation and extraction was really poor in a dry climate it created micro climates between leaf surfaces as they were always touching and not dancing in the fans breeze.

I would believe you there!! My first few grows I was slack with air circulation. I've ramped it up and it's spot on now. With fresh air from outside and a massive oscillating fan. I'm probably to scared to let them go. But your right. I do have good airflow now and should be fine to. Thanks for the considerate reply I understand :)

PS I probably should be just posting in the newb section. I only have 4 dwc grows under my belt. I would hate to mislead someone with wrong info on my posts

You may wish to consider filtering outside air. Get your mold issues in hand and then start taking them out longer and decide what you think about a 6 week harvest vs a 9/10. Most of us learned by experience so experiment.

Thanks curious2g I have ran a few to 7 weeks and they were knockout. But out of 2 grows I did that (from 4 total) about 40% of it got mold. But as I said I have ramped up the air circulation. It's in a dank wet basement and I was getting air from inside the basement. But I've now hooked it up to the outside fresh air. So it sucks in fresh air. I might be moving soon so I've decided to cut my losses and chop early to be safe. If I don't move and get the opportunity to really hone in my grow. Then I will definitely do what you said. My exhaust is strong enough for sure. And a intake filter will only aid in keeping that air clean.

Yeah you do what you have to do and you learn from every grow. A dehumidifier could be a cheap investment when you consider pot prices. Outside air can not only bring in more mold spores but mites, gnats and various other critters you don't want. God only knows what sort of crazy shit lives in OZ just waiting to kill you.

Good luck with your grow and just keep growing!

Thanks man that's a great point!!
I have to be pretty tedious with my pest management plan. All organic ofcourse. But I get nailed by gnats. Thrips. Mites. Caterpillars and a few others but there the main ones. Before I had a plan of attack they nailed me hard once they realised where the tent was. And I had one strain that just invited them. Fucked it off. Haha.
Anyway. Thanks for the comments and tips. Guessing it's night there so have a good night

It's about 6 am and I just got up, good morning.

Get some Spinosad and Regalia if you don't already use them.
