Medical marijuana is brand new in Missouri as of June 2019. Just wanted to leave some bait out to see if anybody from Missouri stops by. We are from the show me state after all sooooo, let's see them girls, dont be shy. :blsmoke:

Very nice bro and welcome. Just started receiving all my equipment in from order to get my indoor grow set up running, Basically just waiting on seeds from order to arrive and installing all my equipment and I am good to go. Pretty damn excited to get my legal indoor grow up and running. Been growing for some time but always in secrecy and stealth and cheap. Glad to see a fellow missourian join this thread.
 
well today's been a pretty big day for the Missouri guys welcome to the section. Got an RIU staff member here! ( Welcoming you here seems a bit backwards, lol). Missouri guys are definitely up and running glad to see it. The best is yet to come.

My husband gets transferred everywhere
We’ve been in several states he’s American
I’m actually Canadian :)

I hope to leave next year I don’t fancy MO much to be honest too hot too many tornados lol

I’d prefer somewhere with snow and a good fall

Hey that's OK, Everybody has their own preference in weather, and you naturally being from the far North I can understand your taste in the colder climate.
I am born and raised Arkansas. Move to Kansas City for work and have been here for the past 6 years.

Seeing as how all of Missouri legal grows have to be indoors, I am perfectly fine with a very white winter, lol. Bring it on!!! And a 4 wheel drive truck doesn't hurt either for Winter.

Much into the law yet I’m not allowed to get any medical I did research that far as an immigrant I’m told no

Well I'm certainly no attorney And had no hands in writing the law but I have been doing a lot of reading and research so if you do come across anybody needing any information on the matter feel free to send them here and I would be happy to help them out and if I cannot I will definitely point them in the right direction if I can.
But one thing is certain, there will not be any outdoor cultivation allowed inside the Missouri state lines. So to remain legal everything must remain under lock and key.

2 bigger ones are super silver hashplant, smaller is lemon penetration. Both bodhi seeds. The smaller ssh showed her flowers as well as the LP. The bigger ssh has yet to show me anything ;)

(12) “Enclosed, locked facility” means— (A) An indoor stationary closet, room, garage, greenhouse, or other comparable fully enclosed space equipped with locks or other functioning security devices that permit access to only the qualifying patient(s) or primary caregiver(s) who have informed the department that this is the space where they will cultivate marijuana; or (B) An outdoor stationary structure— 1. That is enclosed on all sides, except at the base, by chain-link fencing, wooden slats, or a similar material that is anchored, attached, or affixed to the ground and that cannot be accessed from the top; 2. In which the plants are not visible to the unaided eye from an adjacent property when viewed by an individual at ground level or from a permanent structure at any level; and 3. That is equipped with locks or other security devices that restrict access to only the qualifying patient(s) or primary caregiver(s) who have informed the department that this is the space where they will cultivate marijuana.

If you will kindly read B. it will explain the outdoor part I think a lot of people are confused
