I call bullshit on this charts travel and transport. Our road system is extensive and enjoyable to drive across the country, it might be getting old and needs updating in the higher travelled areas, but I love being able to get in a car and go anywhere you want. There is a reason almost every American has a car, so we should top that list imo.

It's good for Ins. & Oil sales.

So, in the mean time as the Federal road system remains jammed up just detour thru my neighborhood. I don't mind the poor air quality, noise or extra deaths on the road.
It's all good!

That might be a stretch to say our road system is enjoyable. Extensive? Absolutely! Enjoyable though? I don't know about that.

Try driving a semi in Detroit traffic in summer construction season, then tell me how much you enjoy it lol

I like 696 between Novi and East Lansing, the large not city stretches I enjoy most, but driving through a new city is always fun, going through the mountains on I 80 (pretty sure name of it) in northern Pensilvania was a nice drive in the morning watching the sun coming up through the fog in the mountains.

But yeah sitting in a traffic jam for an hour everyday going to Ann Arbor on 94 in the morning sucks ass. But when it is the weekend/non rush hour traffic, I find it enjoyable.

May be the worst way to travel for our planet, but we have the ability to travel our country very easily.

The drop to 53 in 7 years? Opiates knocked us from our most admirable spot at #43. Damned druggies. Just think. Only 42 other countries used to outdo us and the trolls will have to hit Google to be able to name more than 1 or 2. Fucking right wing scrotum suckers. The worst are the hourly wage workaday jackasses braying about how great we are. Or were! That’s a rich troll or a certified dupe.

275 isn't very much fun either sometimes lol

I went to Troy (Depor Industries) right after I left Sterling Heights. Had to take a detour after I left Depor, can't get on 75 from 16 mile/Big Beaver rd because of construction, talk about a nightmare.
