Bud Ignitor from AN?

A grower I get some work from told me to use Bud Ignitor from Advanced Nutrients, he says it gives faster flips like it claims and cuts a week off from the flowering cycle.

I have never used Advanced Nutrients, they seem to have a product for everything. Harvesting faster sounds great, but does this come at cost of yield?

If you have used it, did you like the results compared to your normal harvests?

Pro tip: anyone who uses AN is either a beginner or a grower who knows f*ck all about plant nutrition.

Based on the label.
Per 1ml, bud ignitor contains...

P. Phosphorus. 1ppm
K. Potassium. 4ppm.

Typical bloom booster nutes. Not all are as diluted.
You think these are the main drivers behind the product flipping faster? Just concectrated p-k? Do you think I would get the same results adding a little bud based nutrients while in veg?

That is very helpful, thank you. I bookmarked it.

This ratio is based on ppm, right? 5 ml of Nitrogen is like 10ml of P or K when I figure it out by ppm. So the 1:2 ratio when measuring ML is 1:1 when measuring ppm.
Glad it's of some use.
I'm pretty sure it's not PPM, but the percentage ratio equivalent to labels. 5-12-26 15-0-0 etc...

Playing with numbers in this calculator revealed familiar ratio to ppm. I could be off track. Someone kick me if so. ty
Flower 1-2-2. 1:2 ratio of N to K
Veg 3-1-4

Don't quote me, I'm still trying to figure this stuff out.

It's a weak PK with some Seaweed extracts that is manufactured at the cost of less than $1 per Liter whilst AN sells it for $85 per Liter.

Greenleaf nutrients sells bud explosion at a lot cheaper price I'm using as it was a freebie when I ordered megacrop does it work ??? I'm not sure lol so far ( 2 grows ) I'm not seeing any changes & probably won't buy it I really like the megacrop though as it & a small amount of cal-mag is working good for me

I have been using RAW Solubles I will never go back to jugs of nutrients lol. No fillers, the weight just packs on. The grower that suggested Bud Ignitor has a very nice grow so it grabbed my interest. But if I can just lower my nitrogen amounts and raise pk myself for pennies a gallon...

I use Great White Mycorrhizae and Great White Granular 1

There is ingredient lists on the site. Seems to give great root growth and uptake.
Oh ok. I'm using their Orca liquid for the first time. Beneficial microbe dealios.

Micro-nutrients, I'm referring to these type of elements.....

Iron (Fe)
Zinc (Zn)
Boron (B)
Manganese (Mn)
Copper (Cu)
Molybdenum (Mo)

I hear some do their own, or use pre-packed of some type.

They have a bloom and grow mix that is more expensive. I give it to them once a week to save money and they don't seem to show any deficiencies. If they are doing fine for the week, I skip it and use the individual parts.

The cost of their grow and bloom mix is expensive compared to the individual items. So I mainly buy Nitrogen, Potassium, Phosphate, Cal/Mag, Yucca, and Silica. Gets considerably cheaper the more you buy. They last a while and I can dial in the ppm. They also have guides on their site on how much of each one raises ppm in a gallon of water. I do not like their molasses, it does not mix well with the water. I prefer Sugaree from Cutting Edge Solutions it has molasses and cane sugar and is very affordable.
