I’m not very knowledgeable on those and wanted to keep it to popular lights. Not trying to put down those lamps in anyway just didn’t even come to mind!Let’s not forget good ol Induction lamps too... I got a few laying around but really don’t use them much. The red / blue color was kind of cool but penetration was a bit lacking.

Yeah I had no idea either. Looks like an 80s movie sci fi prop.I’m not very knowledgeable on those and wanted to keep it to popular lights. Not trying to put down those lamps in anyway just didn’t even come to mind!
I agree with that. I use use HPS to bud with and LED to veg. Really like the Nexlight Core, it gives me growth similar to a 600w mh for vegging but without the heat.IMO the real advantage period .... is running combined sources instead of singular types.
I.E. Strips and COBS
COBS and QBs ( raises hand )
630-660 NM booster lamp ( raises hand again )
QB96s with Blaster T5 ( superveg or Pure UV ).... ( raises beer hand again )
Atreium boards / Fotop
Pucks
Know a guy running a GOD 6 Budmaster ( osram ) and killin it with a 3x3.
Found it better to have a selection of choices for different stages.
I will never give up flouro for clones / starters ( switched 4/8 tube T5 lamp ) ... the diffused type of light allows my youngsters to flourish without much stress . And if I ever want to grow microgreens / sprouts then I’m set.
There is no such thing as an “ all in one “ ....
