Seems a shame to do anything but let it grow the way it wants to. I'm sure that you've probably got a thousand other seeds that you could train/prune/etc.
This plant mutation that most have never seen before should be grown wild, just to see the final, untouched plant. It's smoke value right now is zero and popping another seed to take its place will put production behind by what? A couple of days?
Clone the crap out of it later and play with those. I see this mutation as a unicorn and cutting its horn off to make it a horse makes no sense in a world full of horses. Grow it and study it. I'd send it to seed if it were mine and germinate the lot, hoping for a second generation mutation. Then I'd seed that as well, grown wild and wooly. Double-decker seeds would be good but you'll never know if you don't.
