I got a green crack 1 plant and she's 7 weeks flower. The buds have been draining the nutrients out of the leaves and most the leaves are dead. I looked at trichomes and mostly milky with a few darker Amber's here and there. Should I chop it and hang?

7 weeks flower - probably not done yet.

Most the leaves are dead - grower error.

Milky trichs few amber - post bud pics this means very little without actually seeing the bigger picture.
