Not really.Congrats of successfully reversing the plant. I was bummed out mine failed. Pistils growing instead. Did you get any pistil growth?

Are you spraying the entire plant? I would, as it gets more silver into the system to combat ethylene levels.@EverythingsHazy
30ppm amber CS.
Spray CS 3x a day until I should see balls.
Plant hasn't burned at all during weeks of spraying
Colloidal Silver works by being composed of particles so small, that they can easily pass through the plants cells. Once the Colloidal Silver particles are in the plant, they bond to the existing copper molecules. Normal female cannabis plants, use these copper molecules to produce the hormone Ethylene, which is what "tells" them that they are supposed to make normal female flowers (calyxes with pistils). When the Colloidal Silver bonds with the copper molecules, this is inhibited and the plant instead produces pollen sacs.
*Note: These are still female flowers. Just female pollen sacs. Not male flowers.
I never checked the ppm after reading the OP, only used a laser light to confirm that my colliodal silver was good.@EverythingsHazy

It could be either. WHen did you start spraying compared to the flowering cycle? What CS are you using?Well lads, trying my hand at turning an auto, using 40ppm sprayed twice a day on 1 branch, been spraying for 14days, look more like stunted/deformed buds than sacs. Did i start spraying to late or because im only doing 1 branch and should have done the whole plant?
I started spraying just as the very first pistils appeared. Its one i bought off amazon. I had tried making my own but it turned into a grey brown sludge and didnt turn a previous plant. It could be either. WHen did you start spraying compared to the flowering cycle? What CS are you using?
Should be starting earlier I believe.I started spraying just as the very first pistils appeared. Its one i bought off amazon. I had tried making my own but it turned into a grey brown sludge and didnt turn a previous plant.
The ingredients to make sts are not easy come by in ireland, its hard enough to find collidol silver hereShould be starting earlier I believe.
Try this instead

You will find that much easier to make and apply than guessing on CS
Can you not make your own colliodal silver? It's easy enough. The ingredients to make sts are not easy come by in ireland, its hard enough to find collidol silver here

That happened to me the first time. I wasn't cleaning the silver every 20 minutes and I was using to high a voltage.I tried before and it turned into a brown grey sludge

Kev hit it on the head with his reply. Try what's written there, and report back. That, and a pump with a clean air stone should help. That happened to me the first time. I wasn't cleaning the silver every 20 minutes and I was using to high a voltage.
I made another batch, following the OP and I now have the 2nd plant producing pollen. I was having a discouraging time until I found this group and if you follow the OP exactly, it will work. One thing I found when I made the sludge lol I was over cooking it in an attempt to reach a desirable ppm. Now I don't even know the ppm and use a laser pointer instead to test it.
Cleaning the silver every 20-30 minutes (cuts down on sludge), low voltage for 6 hours and you should see a solid line through the liquid using a laser pointer.
Always strain with an unbleached coffee filter too!
Looks good! Keep us posted!View attachment 4401662 Here we go! Commencing Operation Female preservation.
hmm, 24 hours in and I only got 5 ppm. Granted, I started it before I went to bed last night, cleaned it off (pretty damn dark) this morning, went to work, same thing when I got home around 4, and now its been an hour or so and not much dirtier. I'm guessing I let it get too dirty for too long to really work effectively. Gonna moniter this evening, see how it goes, and if it sucks, just try it again this weekend when I can actually watch it all day.Kev hit it on the head with his reply. only other thing I can think of is my power isnt strong enough. Just using an old micro usb cord plugged into one of those white apple charging squares (the small one). I have a bigger one somewhere, thinking of digging that out.
The silver bits at the bottom are from what forms on the electrodes and breaks off into the solution. That should be filtered out via a double layer of unbleached coffee filters. Pour it through there slowly, and into a glass jar, and it should come out free of any particles large enough to see with the naked eye, but full of the ones that cause a laser beam to be visible.oh I'm also seeing bits of stuff floating at the bottom. not "sludge" or anything, but looks like tiny flecks of silver.
hmm, so this morning I checked it and i had 94ppm, so I pulled it for the day. went to work, checked it agin, 8 ppm, lol. So something must of been fucked up this morning. letting it run again, been wiping it a lot, but maybe my pointer just sucks and I need something stronger (i'm using the laser beam from a heat thermometer, makes a red dot across the room so i figured it would work. i'm not sure what else to do. its definetly working, just SUPER slowly. The silver bits at the bottom are from what forms on the electrodes and breaks off into the solution. Don't worry too much about PPM, as it isn't a very accurate/direct measurement of your strength. If you have a clear laser beam visible, it's likely strong enough.
In the beginning, the electrodes will get dirty pretty slowly, but as the concentration rises, that will speed up significantly.
I can't tell how far apart you have your electrodes spaced in the water, but you might want to bend them each above the water level, so that they are a bit further apart. It should slow down the process, and help keep the solution cleaner
